Terms & Conditions for Individual Travelers

A/ INTRODUCTION
Welcome to PICTURESQUE VOYAGES. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all interactions between PICTURESQUE VOYAGES and its clients, establishing the rights and obligations of both parties. They ensure transparency in our business operations, outline payment and cancellation policies, and set forth liability limits.

B/DEFINITION

Picturesque Voyages: the Company providing luxury travel consulting and organization services.

Client: any natural or legal person who contacts PICTURESQUE VOYAGES—either by sending us an email or by filling out the contact form—to request our services.

Services: all offerings described in these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to tailored itinerary planning, guided tours, exclusive visits, and sensory workshops.

Third-Party Providers: external partners or service providers with whom the Company collaborates.

C/ SERVICES PROVIDED
PICTURESQUE VOYAGES offers luxury travel consulting services, including itinerary planning, guided tours, exclusive visits, and sensory workshops. The Company acts solely as an intermediary between its Clients and the service providers, ensuring a high-quality experience. Please note that hotel bookings and flight reservations are not handled by the Company unless expressly stated.

D/ TRANSFERS & TRANSPORTATION
PICTURESQUE VOYAGES partners with a car service provider to offer transportation during the trip and/or transfers to the airport. Transport services are subject to an additional fee and availability. Pricing for these services will be provided upon request and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

E/ SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any special requests should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment.

F/ PRICING
All tour prices are quoted in Euros and must be paid in Euros.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control (e.g., exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes, fuel costs, etc.).

G/ BOOKING & PAYMENT
All bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Services will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Payment methods accepted include Bank Transfer and PayPal. Please note that not all payment methods may be available, and we will advise you of the most suitable option at the time of booking.

Any additional costs incurred during the service (such as extended hours, extra participants, or special requests) will be invoiced separately and must be settled within 10 business days. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

H/ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice via email at hello@picturequevoyages.com or by calling our customer service at +33 679108088.

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: 90% refund.

  • Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Between 15 and 7 days prior to arrival: 25% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund will be issued.

Any non-refundable fees (such as tickets, administrative charges, or pre-paid bookings with suppliers) will be deducted from the refund. For excursions outside Paris that involve reserved car services, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required to be eligible for any refund of your fee.

I/ FORCE MAJEURE
In accordance with Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, force majeure is defined as any extraordinary, unforeseeable, and unavoidable event beyond the reasonable control of the parties that prevents the fulfillment of contracted services. Examples include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, widespread strikes, communication network failures, political instability, riots, and government-imposed restrictions.

The party invoking force majeure must promptly notify the other party, specifying the occurrence, expected duration, and anticipated end of the event. Failure to do so may prevent relief from the affected obligations. Each party is responsible for costs incurred as a result of force majeure. Consequently, the Client remains responsible for any additional expenses incurred during the continuation of the trip, such as higher-priced excursions, delays, or unanticipated accommodation costs.

J/ HEALTH & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking and adhere to the schedules and guidelines established by PICTURESQUE VOYAGES and its Third-Party Providers. Any additional costs resulting from client delays or last-minute changes will be borne solely by the Client.

K/ CLIENT RESPONSABILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their bookings.

Clients must adhere to the schedules and guidelines set by PICTURESQUE VOYAGES and its service providers.

Any additional costs due to client delays or last-minute changes must be covered by the client.

L/ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PICTURESQUE VOYAGES acts solely as an intermediary between Clients and Third-Party Providers. Accordingly, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by the actions or omissions of these providers. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any service disruptions arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

M/ GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This agreement is governed by French law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. Should an amicable resolution fail, the dispute shall be exclusively submitted to the competent French courts, excluding all other jurisdictions.
